Bebs Priority Access Policy

1. General Provisions

  1. This Bebs Priority Access Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the conditions for using the Bebs Priority Access feature within the Bebs platform. This feature allows users to send invitations for dinner or a movie, providing a unique invitation facilitation service.
  2. Bebs Priority Access is a service that enables users to invite someone to a restaurant or movie theater, while Bebs facilitates the invitation process and provides relevant meeting details .
  3. As part of this service, Bebs grants the inviting user a bonus in the form of a prepaid restaurant or movie theater card, equivalent to the value of the invitation facilitation service.
  4. The prepaid card value is calculated to cover a comfortable dinner for two, including alcoholic beverages, or a movie theater visit for two with an average snack package (popcorn, drinks, snacks).
  5. Bebs Priority Access is an extension of the Invite to Dinner Function on the Bebs platform. This Policy applies exclusively to users utilizing Bebs Priority Access. For general policies regarding the Invite to Dinner function, please refer to the Invite to Dinner Function Policy.

2. Bebs Priority Access Terms of Use

  1. Purchase and Confirmation
    • Bebs provides an invitation facilitation service for dinner or a movie.
    • The purchase of this service is instant, with no need for confirmation from the restaurant or movie theater.
    • As part of the service, Bebs delivers the prepaid card code and PIN to the inviting user.
    • By purchasing Bebs Priority Access, the user receives not only the invitation facilitation but also a bonus in the form of a prepaid card, which can be used at the designated restaurant or movie theater.
    • Bebs provides this service within the "Invite to Dinner" feature and is responsible for managing the invitation process.
  2. Restaurant Visit
    • The inviting user must present the received card code to the restaurant staff.
    • Restaurants listed in Bebs Priority Access do not confirm reservations, so if no tables are available, users may need to wait in the walk-in queue.
  3. Movie Theater Visit
    • Before sending the invitation, the user must independently verify the availability of the desired screening.
    • The invitation is sent with a specific time slot, as it is instantly confirmed and cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

  1. Rights and Responsibilities of Beber Inc.
    • Beber Inc. provides users with a unique invitation facilitation service.
    • Beber Inc. ensures the technical implementation and management of Bebs Priority Access within the app.
    • Beber Inc. provides user support through Bebs chat but is not responsible for the quality of service at restaurants and movie theaters.
  2. Rights and Responsibilities of the User
    • The user is solely responsible for choosing the restaurant or movie screening before sending the invitation.
    • Once the card details appear in the user’s profile, its usage is governed by the issuing entity’s terms and conditions (restaurant or movie theater).
    • A single user may use the Bebs Priority Access service up to a maximum of $10,000 per day.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Once an invitation has been sent, the funds are non-refundable.
  • If the bonus card cannot be used due to reasons beyond the user’s control (e.g., restaurant closure), the issue may be addressed through Bebs support chat.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Bebs is not a seller or reseller of prepaid restaurant or movie theater cards.
  • All transactions occur exclusively as part of Bebs' invitation facilitation technology, allowing users to invite each other to dinner or a movie.
  • Bebs is not responsible for the operations of restaurants and movie theaters, including their internal policies, table availability, or technical issues.
  • Bebs does not provide restaurant or movie services and is solely responsible for managing the invitation process.

6. Validity of the Code

  • Unlike restaurant invitation codes issued through the "Invite to Dinner" feature without Bebs Priority Access, which may have a limited validity period, codes provided through Bebs Priority Access do not expire and can be used at any time.
  • Only the inviting user sees the card code and PIN. The invited user only sees the date, time, and location of the meeting.
  • The user may redeem the card at their convenience, following the terms and conditions set by the restaurant or movie theater.

As of the effective date of this Policy, the following restaurant chains participate in Bebs Priority Access:

9. Final Provisions

  • This Policy constitutes a public agreement and comes into effect on March 5, 2025, upon the user’s acceptance (purchase of the service).
  • The company reserves the right to modify this Policy, publishing the updated version on the Bebs platform.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
