Virtual Items Policy

Bebs Virtual Gift Program ("Program") is a service provided by Bebs ("Platform") to all its users who are 18 years of age or older. This Virtual Goods Policy stipulates the terms and conditions governing the Program. Users under the age of 18, or those who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, are ineligible to participate in the Program and use our products.
Eligibility for the Program:
- Users below the age of majority in their jurisdiction cannot participate.
- All users aged 18 and above are eligible.
- Only users aged 18 and above (or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction) can buy and send virtual "crystals" and gifts, receive gifts of monetary value, and earn and withdraw "coins."
1. Crystals
Eligibility for Purchasing Crystals. Users of our services, who have attained the age of 18 or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction, can purchase virtual “Crystals” from us through authorized payment methods and providers that we approve.
Purchasing Crystals. The price of the Crystals will be shown at the point of purchase. All charges and payments for Crystals will be conducted in the currency specified at the time of purchase using the appropriate payment mechanism. The agreement with the relevant payment provider will govern currency exchange calculations, foreign transaction fees, and payment channel fees, if any.
You will bear the responsibility for any Crystals you purchase. As soon as your purchase is finalized, the Crystals will be credited to your user account.
Should you wish to make alterations to your purchase, please reach out to us at the provided email address. We will inform you if your desired change is feasible. Please note that changes may influence the price and other facets of your purchase. If you reside within the European Union, you have certain rights to reject a purchase in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive and its implementation legislation. However, when you buy Crystals, you acknowledge and agree that we will commence supplying you with Crystals as soon as the purchase is completed. Hence, at this point, your right to cancel or terminate the purchase agreement is forfeited.
Using Crystals. Crystals can be employed to buy virtual gifts. They cannot be swapped for cash, legal tender, any national or regional currency, or any political entity's currency, nor for any other form of credit.
Crystals can solely be used on our platform as part of our services and cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, discounts, or special offers unless we specify otherwise.
No Crystals may be assigned or transferred to another user of the Services or to a third party unless we expressly authorize it in writing. The sale, barter, assignment, or other disposal of any Crystals, except by us, is strictly prohibited.
Crystals accrued are not considered property and are non-transferable:
- upon death,
- as part of a domestic relationship, or
- by operation of law.
Any Crystals that are appropriated, sold, or otherwise transferred without our explicit written consent are deemed invalid. Any user of the Services who contravenes this restriction may lose access to their account with us, lose Crystals from their account, and/or be held accountable for damages, litigation, and transaction costs.
All user Crystals will automatically expire when the user account is closed for any reason.
You concur that we have the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or destroy such Crystals, if we have a valid reason to do so, in any general or specific case. We will not be liable to you in connection with the exercise of such right. If we decide to entirely exclude Crystals from our services, we will notify you in a reasonable timeframe.

2. Gifts
Eligibility for Purchasing Gifts. Users of our Services aged 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or older may acquire virtual gifts (“Gifts”) by trading Crystals for Gifts.
Purchasing Gifts. Gifts symbolize a limited license for specific features of digital products and services. The exchange rate between each Crystal and the gift will be displayed on our platform at the exchange point.
Prices listed include taxes, unless the current legislation of your jurisdiction stipulates otherwise. If any gifts are subject to sales tax in your jurisdiction and you haven't remitted the relevant sales tax to us, then you will be responsible for the payment of such sales tax and any associated penalties or interest to the relevant tax authority.
You agree that we possess the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or abolish such exchange rate as we deem fit, at our sole discretion, in any general or specific case. We will not be liable to you for any exercise of such right.

Unless specified in this Policy, all sales of gifts are final, and we do not provide refunds for any gifts purchased. When you trade your crystals for gifts, such crystals will be deducted from your user account and credited to the gift account.
Gifts cannot be converted or exchanged back into crystals or cash, or refunded by us for any reason.
Gifts exchanged or received by any user are not considered property and are not transferable:
- in the event of death;
- as part of a family relationship; or
- by operation of law.
We may replace previously exchanged copies of gifts if we unilaterally determine that the gifts exchanged or received by the user are damaged or otherwise impaired. We will not charge an additional fee for re-issuing a damaged gift. If you have received a damaged gift, please contact us at: [email protected]
We reserve the right to terminate or take other appropriate actions with respect to the account of any User who is found to be misusing the Program or this Virtual Items Policy.
Using Gifts. In relation to the product, gifts can be used to appreciate or express your affinity towards another user ("Other User").
When this feature is available in the Services, you can add gifts by clicking on the corresponding button in the dialogs or ribbon on the main page of the application.
When you send a gift to another user, this gift will be removed from your account and converted into Coins (as defined and explained in more detail below) in the other user's account.
Please note that when you give a gift to another user, you do it personally. Other users of the Services do not see your name, except for the recipient of the gift. The recipient also sees your user ID and detailed information about the gift you gave.

3. Coins
Eligibility for Earning. Coins In our application, any user who has reached the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or older will be eligible to receive virtual credits ("Coins").
Earning Coins. Coins are an indicator of the respective user's popularity. The value of the coins is dependent on the gifts that the Other user receives, with a conversion rate that we determine at our absolute and sole discretion.
To clarify, users cannot purchase Coins.
No Coins may be assigned or transferred to any other user of the Services or to a third party, except as expressly authorized by us in writing.
Coins cannot be exchanged for Crystals or gifts.
The sale, barter, assignment, exchange, transfer, or other disposal of any Coins, except by us, is strictly prohibited.
Accumulated Coins are not regarded as property and are not transferable:
- in case of death;
- as part of a family relationship; or
- by operation of law.
Any Coins that are appropriated, sold, or otherwise transferred without our explicit written consent are considered invalid. Any user of the Services who violates this restriction may be removed from his account
Account Termination. You have the right to cancel your account at any time. Conversely, we reserve the right to terminate your account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, any remaining virtual items such as Coins, Gifts, or Crystals in your account will be forfeited immediately.
General. The availability, use, and exchange rate of Crystals, Gifts, and Coins may be limited by us at any time, without notice or liability. We have the right to change these Virtual Item Policies at any time without notice.
It's important to note that the user does not see the number of coins received from gifts, and they are automatically converted into US dollars as a motivational reward for activity.
