We are glad to see you as a part of the Bebs community! Our application is designed to provide all users with equal and safe conditions for dating and communication. We understand that online dating can be difficult and unexpected, and we have done everything possible to ensure the comfort and safety of our users.

We have implemented a moderation system to ensure the purity and safety of our community, and also enable users to send complaints about unacceptable behavior. We also provide tools so that users can control who can communicate with them and how.

Our app is designed to help people find new acquaintances in a safe and comfortable environment.

We regularly monitor changing laws and trends in the world in order to keep these Community Rules up to date.

1. Minors

The use of our application is strictly prohibited for people who have not reached the age of 18. In case of detection of a minor user, we will be forced to block his account and take the necessary measures to ensure the safety of all other users. We ask you to remember that any failure to comply with this rule may lead to the immediate closure of your account without the possibility of restoring it.

We believe that protecting children from illegal and unscrupulous behavior is an extremely important and necessary duty. We encourage our users to report any profiles that publish content with children, as well as calling for the exploitation of child labor or the involvement of minors in illegal activities.

If you want to post a photo of your children, you can only do this if your child is in the photo with you and fully dressed.

2. Discrimination

There is no place in our community for discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and any physical limitations, appearance, age or social status. We encourage our users to respect and be tolerant of other people, regardless of their diversity.

Any discriminatory behavior, including, but not limited to, insults, threats, violence, the use of symbols of xenophobic and discriminating groups, the imposition of one’s own opinion in relation to the above, will be suppressed by the moderators of the application, and profiles will be blocked without the possibility of restoration.

3. Bullying, threats, stalking, and harassment

There is no place for harassment, bullying and abusive behavior in our community. We do not tolerate any form of obscene or offensive behavior, including, but not limited to:

  • sexual harassment and/or violence
  • rudeness
  • attack on a person
  • threats
  • cybercrime or in real life
  • discrimination on any basis
  • uncoordinated sending of obscene and/or intimate photos and videos
  • sexual exploitation online
  • sex trafficking
  • sexual exploitation and abuse of children
  • threats or acts of a violent nature

If you find a violation of these rules, please immediately inform our moderation team using the «Report Profile» function or by contacting us by email [email protected]. We will consider all complaints and take the necessary measures to protect our users and the community.

4. Personal data

In our application, we consider the protection of your personal information of our users to be extremely important. We comply with all legal requirements on confidentiality and data security.

We ask our users not to publish or post personal information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, addresses or social networks on the public part of the profile or in communications with other users, except for those provided by the direct functionality of the application. We also ask you not to share with other users and support staff your passport data, social insurance policy numbers, passwords, banking information, including, but not limited to, credit and debit card data or any other sensitive information.

Any spam behavior can lead to account blocking and other measures, including restricting access to the platform

6. Sale of goods and services

Our application prohibits the sale of goods and services among users. This may cause misunderstandings and violate the trust of other users. If we discover that one of the users sells goods or services on our platform, we will immediately block his account.

However, we provide an opportunity for authorized stores and companies to sell their products and services through the store in our application. In order to become a partner and place your products and services in our store, you need to visit the browser version of the application at the bebs.app link and apply for partner status. After reviewing the application and verifying the compliance of goods and services with our rules, we will be very happy to accept you as one of our partners and give you the opportunity to sell your goods and services in a safe and honest environment for our users.

7. Duplicate, fake, and shared accounts

Duplicated, fake and shared accounts violate the rules of our platform and may cause misunderstandings and distrust among other users. We do not allow the creation of duplicate, fake or shared accounts on our platform.

If we find a duplicate, fake or shared account, we will immediately block it. If you are the owner of an account that was mistakenly blocked due to a duplicate, fake or shared status, you can contact our moderation team to resolve this issue.

We encourage our users to use only one account for the profile and not to create duplicate or fake accounts for any purpose. This will help us guarantee honest and effective communication between users and eliminate the possibility of fraud or other unfair actions.

We also strongly recommend that our users do not use other people’s accounts or information for their own purposes. This may be a violation of the law and may lead to serious consequences for all interested parties. Our moderation team will have the right to block any accounts that use unfair methods, including the use of duplicate, fake or share accounts. We strive to create a safe and honest environment for all our users and will take measures to prevent any violations of these rules.

8. Fraud

Fraud is a serious problem on the internet, and we strictly neutralize any fraud attempts on our platform. We strongly recommend that our users do not provide personal information, such as bank details or other confidential information that can be used for fraudulent activities.

If we find a user who requests or provides information about bank cards or other details in payment services, we will immediately block his account. Our moderation team regularly monitors user behavior and responds promptly to any violations.

9. Advertising and propaganda

Our application strictly prohibits any advertising and propaganda behavior that may intrusively or undesirably affect other users. However, our platform provides official opportunities for companies and brands to advertise in the app. To become our advertiser, you need to contact our sales department at the email address [email protected] and provide information about your company and offer. Our team will check and discuss the details of the advertising campaign with you. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to place ads without explanation and do not allow ads that may offend or harm other users or violate our community rules. In addition, we ask our users to report any unfair or fraudulent advertising they may find in the app, and we will strictly review and take action in accordance with our rules.

10. Copyrights and trademarks

In our application, we consider the principle of copyright and trademark protection important. We require our users to respect all the rights of authors and trademarks, as well as other intellectual property rights.

Users must not upload, publish or distribute content that is the subject of copyright or trademark without the permission of the owner of such content. If you use copyrighted content, you must have the right to use such content or have permission from the copyright owner.

If we find that any content violates copyrights or trademarks, we will stop its distribution and remove it from our platform. In case of repeated violation, we can block the user’s account. We encourage our users to report any copyright or trademark violations on our platform by contacting our moderation team. We strive to ensure compliance with copyright and trademark laws and protect the interests of content owners on our platform.

11. Using Bebs Card

In our application, we support the use of plastic cards for dating in real life. This can be a good way to get to know and make contact in an environment where a personal long-term acquaintance may be inappropriate or impossible due to circumstances, including legal restrictions.

However, we strongly recommend that our users avoid harassment and harassment in all situations. You should not take unexpected actions when handing the Bebs Card to another person, do not accept refusals, and do not make offers that may cause discomfort.

If someone finds your behavior inappropriate or undesirable, please apologize for such behavior and immediately stop communicating with this person.

Each Bebs Card has a unique QR code. You can buy Bebs Card only through the official store on Amazon by clicking on the corresponding button in the application. We do not cooperate with retail stores or any distributors. Beware of fakes. We are not responsible for the performance of cards purchased not through the official store.

12. Using the «Invite to Dinner» function

Visiting restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and other establishments offline is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy delicious food and socialize with friends or family.

When using the «Invite to Dinner» function in our dating app, it is important to observe correct behavior in a restaurant, cafe, coffee shop or other institution offline. This includes taking precautions with COVID-19, such as social distancing, wearing a mask, and following the institution’s instructions and local health regulations and recommendations. It is also necessary to be respectful and polite to other visitors and staff of the institution. When using the «Invite to Dinner» function in our dating app, it is important to ensure timely booking and confirmation of information about your arrival with the establishment. If you do not show up for the booked reservation, you must contact the institution in advance and cancel the reservation. 13. Using the “AI Bebs Smooth Talker” function

The AI Bebs Smooth Talker feature is designed exclusively for entertainment purposes. This feature may operate using multiple generative artificial intelligence models from several third-party companies,or it may function without the use of such models, depending on the technical setup. These models, when used, work together to provide a seamless and interactive experience for users, allowing them to communicate with the AI.

Bebs implements software settings and restrictions to ensure responsible use of these models, but please be aware of the following terms and limitations when using this feature:

  • Third-Party AI Models (Optional Use): The AI responses in the Bebs Smooth Talker chat may be generated by multiple third-party artificial intelligence models. Bebs does not have direct control over the specific content generated by these models, and therefore, cannot guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or appropriateness of the information provided by the AI.
  • No Responsibility for AI-Generated Content: Bebs is not responsible for the content generated by the AI models in the Smooth Talker chat. Users should be aware that the responses generated are automated and may not always align with factual or sensitive standards.
  • No Responsibility for User-Generated Content: Bebs does not take responsibility for the messages or content that users submit to the AI chat. All user interactions with the AI are at their own discretion, and users are fully responsible for the content they provide to the chat.
  • Data Sharing with Third-Party Providers (Optional): By using the AI Smooth Talker feature, users acknowledge that the content they share in the chat may be transmitted to and stored on third-party servers, or it may be processed internally on Bebs servers, depending on technical requirements. Bebs makes efforts to partner only with trusted service providers, but does not take responsibility for how third parties process or store data.
  • Data Storage and Processing: User-generated data may be processed either by third-party providers or internally on Bebs servers, depending on the technical setup. Bebs ensures that these operations comply with relevant data protection regulations but is not liable for any breaches or data issues that may arise due to third-party services.
  • User Consent: By using the AI Bebs Smooth Talker feature, users agree to the collection, transmission, and processing of their data by Bebs or third-party companies involved in providing the AI services. Users should review Bebs' Privacy Policy for further information on how data is handled.
  • Limitations of AI: The AI Bebs Smooth Talker may not always provide accurate or reliable information. It is designed to simulate conversations but should not be used as a source of factual, legal, medical, or professional advice.
  • Usage Guidelines: Users must comply with Bebs' general terms of service and community guidelines when using the AI Smooth Talker feature. Inappropriate use of the feature (e.g., offensive language, illegal activities) may result in restricted access or termination of the service for the user.
