  1. Gift Listing by Third-Party Stores: Our app displays Real Gifts provided by third-party stores, offering a wide array of options. The quality of goods is based on general indicators, reviews, and seller assurances. We encourage users to contribute fair and honest reviews to foster a positive community atmosphere.
  2. Environmentally Conscious: We are committed to promoting sustainable practices. We encourage our third-party stores to use eco-friendly packaging and carbon-neutral delivery options where possible.
  3. Gift Sending Procedure: To send a Real Gift, users initiate the process within the app. Select a gift, proceed to payment using the secure and convenient payment methods, and your gift is on its way to brighten someone's day.
  4. Secure Transactions: Your safety is our priority. All payment transactions on our platform are secured using top-tier encryption technology.
  5. Refunds: In compliance with the general principles of contract law, neither the sender nor the recipient can claim a refund on Real Gifts. The sender willingly gifts the item, and the recipient, having made no payment for it, cannot claim a refund. This policy is in line with the non-refundability principle of gifted items under the law. Additionally, the sender loses the opportunity to apply for a refund for the gift sent by him at the moment when the fee for sending this gift was withdrawn from him.
  6. Delivery Procedure: To arrange delivery of a Real Gift, the recipient must click on the preview of the gift sent to them and complete the process for providing delivery information. If the recipient does not do this within 14 calendar days from the date the sender sent the physical gift, they will lose the opportunity to receive it.
  7. Privacy and Data Protection: We take your privacy seriously. The sender doesn't have access to the recipient's delivery address, and we follow strict data protection measures as per our Personal Data Policy.

Quality Assurance: While we don't control the quality of goods offered by third-party stores, we ensure they meet certain standards and allow users to provide feedback and file claims if necessary.

Prohibited Items: Certain items cannot be sold on Bebs, ensuring our platform remains safe and legal.

  • Refrigerants: Ozone-depleting substances and substitutes

Delivery Tracking: Our transparent delivery tracking feature lets you follow your gift's journey.

Delivery Availability: The availability of gift delivery is determined by the ZIP code specified in the app settings.

Responsibilities and Commissions: Bebs provides a platform for stores to list, promote, and sell their goods. Stores are responsible for their services' quality, with Bebs receiving a commission per the contract with each store.
